news item A recent Accountemps survey looked into the prevalence and impact of remote work arrangements on chief financial officers (CFOs). Nearly a quarter of respondents (22%) reported an increase in remote work arrangements over the last 3 years in their companies. According to the article, such arrangements are a great employee incentive and retention tool, and are easier than ever to implement with the prevalence of technology. The article continues to highlight five tips for employers and employees centring around communication, resources, planning, security, and camaraderie.
