Jayne Barron joins Life Strategies as a consultant and brings over 20 years experience in business management, sales & marketing, and human resources. Jayne has extensive experience in the career development sector as a counsellor/coach/mentor, people developer, and trusted advisor.
Previously, Jayne owned and operated a training and development company in the Fraser Valley that offered both full-time programs to students and corporate training to intact groups. Core deliverables included: making technology work, enhancing communication skills, and supervisory and leadership skills training. Some of Jayne's clients included Crown Corporations, municipalities, other training institutions, and small businesses.
Jayne is a skilled promoter of people, ideas, and solutions and has earned an excellent reputation for action and results. She has a strong natural ability to develop relationships of trust and has a flare for connecting, collaborating and creating synergy in teams.
Jayne is a certified human resource professional (CHRP), a certified career development practitioner (CCDP) and is certified to use various assessment/career development tools such as MBTI, PD, PSI.
